VRF | VRV | GMV Conditioning ?
The “VARIABLE REFRIGERANT VOLUME” (VRV) is a modern and advanced air conditioning system, considered a new generation of highly efficient cooling systems worldwide.
It will undoubtedly change and be integrated into air conditioning systems for buildings with varying cooling loads, offering a wide range of applications for hotels, skyscrapers, schools, government offices, homes, and more, with simple control and management.
It was discovered and developed in Japan by Daikin in 1982, and other companies followed in producing this system as the technology spread, though under different names (VRF) for many well-known brands, such as (L.G “Multi-v” – Midea – Samsung – Gree – Toshiba – Mitsubishi).
Boroda for air conditioning is one of the first companies in the Kingdom to offer VRV or VRF technology to its clients, assisting them with all the information about the system in numerous projects across the Kingdom.
The working method and components of the air conditioning system VRF | VRV | GMV !
based on our vision at boroda air conditioning, we continuously follow technological advancements in the world of air conditioning, while maintaining our commitment to our social responsibility to introduce modern systems and alternatives that consume less energy and offer higher efficiency, all for the benefit of our valued customers.
the vrv or vrf system consists of one outdoor unit connected to multiple indoor units in various forms, such as concealed, cassette, wall-mounted, etc.
the compressors operate with inverter or digital technology, depending on the brand names of the air conditioning manufacturers for this system, using unconventional methods.
these systems contain smart electronic boards that receive all the data related to the indoor units and the required cooling loads for each one.
then, this data, “the required cooling load,” is sent to the compressors, which helps to significantly reduce energy consumption compared to similar systems.
the copper piping network between the indoor and outdoor units can extend up to 1000 meters (“100 vertical + 900 horizontal”), providing solutions for high-rise buildings and towers without the need to allocate a service floor for the placement of the outdoor units.
connecting multiple indoor units to one outdoor unit helps save rooftop space and prevents overcrowding of outdoor units on building and house roofs.
why is the vrf | vrv | gmv air conditioning system the best option currently?
VRF air conditioning is considered one of the modern, integrated solutions, as it has achieved the following basic equation:
- the lowest energy consumption so far compared to any other air conditioning system, where Boroda provides its clients with an estimated cost of electricity consumption compared to other systems.
- significantly reduces breakdowns, as it minimizes the use of accessories compared to other systems.
- discovering and diagnosing faults electronically through the system, and the system can be connected to the internet to receive notifications and faults before they occur.
- reducing the size of noise and vibrations generated by the outdoor units.
